Product description

Number rods educational cards montessori game (natural solid wood) waldorf educational approach

developed by rudolf steiner in 1919. The waldorf approach is a holistic method that aims to transform education into an art form. It aims for children to develop in a balanced and multifaceted way from social, emotional, spiritual, moral, physical and mental perspectives. Special attention is also given to supporting children's individuality, self-confidence, and wholeness. It is believed that children enrich their lives by learning through art, music, and movement

by exploring and experiencing. It is encouraged that children develop a sense of social responsibility by respecting and helping each other rather than competing with each other. According to the montessori educational approach

learning is done by applying arithmetic concepts. In this approach, small age groups can learn numerical concepts by considering quantity and amount.

The child learns numbers by feeling the numbers on the number board with their fingers, placing the number of objects in the spaces above the numbers according to the number quantity, and also aims to develop their writing skills by tracing over the numbers with a wooden pencil. They learn by seeing and feeling (touching) the concept that the number increases as the quantity increases. 26*16 cm number board - 55 number sticks made of solid beech wood - 1 writing practice pen made of solid beech wood - 10 educational cards made of solid beech wood, sent with a cloth bag.
