I loved it. If you wear half-lengths, buy the larger size. It's very comfortable and high quality.

The product is of good quality, but it is wide, so I returned it. Those with narrow feet can buy it.

    will it make noise

    Answer from Mio Gusto

Hello, No, it does not make an annoying noise during heel/walking. The sole and heel structure are suitable for quiet use.

    Translated by Google

What is the exact length in cm?

    Answer from Mio Gusto

Hello, heel height is 4 cm.

    Translated by Google

What is the heel height in cm?

    Answer from Mio Gusto

Hello, heel length is 5 cm. In addition, the inner mold and leg measurements are included visually and in writing on the page of our product, we recommend you to check it.

    Translated by Google

    Is it real leather?

    Answer from Mio Gusto

Hello 1. Quality imported artificial leather

    Translated by Google

How many cm is size 35?

    Answer from Mio Gusto

    Hello, Inner Mold Measurement from Toe to Heel: Size 35: 23 cm / Size 36: 23.5 cm / Size 37: 24 cm / Size 38: 24.5 cm / Size 39: 25 cm / Size 40: 25.5 cm / Size 41: 26 cm / Size 42: 26.5 cm.

    Translated by Google

Is it too narrow in width? It looks narrow in the picture.

    Answer from Mio Gusto

It is a perfect fit, not tight

    Translated by Google

    does it slide in snow

    Answer from Mio Gusto

The sole of our boot is serrated and rubbery, thus providing better grip in the snow compared to flat soles. However, as with any boot, caution is advised when on icy and very slippery conditions. Suitable for everyday winter wear.

    Translated by Google

Is the leather flexible? Will it tighten the feet?

    Answer from Mio Gusto

The product is first quality imported artificial leather. The material is soft, but since it is artificial leather, it does not stretch significantly like genuine leather. When the right size is preferred, it does not squeeze the foot, it does not cause discomfort during walking. If you have wide feet or are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

    Translated by Google

    Hello, does the sole slide?

    Answer from Mio Gusto

Hello, the sole is serrated but it can slip on snow and ice.

    Translated by Google

Good day, this bear coat is not slippery in winter, is it not broken, is it not broken?

    Answer from Mio Gusto

Hello, the sole of the shoe is not slippery, it is suitable for daily use in winter conditions. Additionally, there are no problems such as breaking or cracking in normal use; it has a durable base structure. You can choose with peace of mind. If there is any other detail you are wondering I will gladly help.

    Translated by Google

If I clean the adhesive at the exact joint, will it open?

    Answer from Mio Gusto

    Not unless you go deep

    Translated by Google

Hello, it has been 3 months since I bought the shoes and I have not used the shoes from time to time. There is a problem with the zipper of the right section right now. When I first got it, it would snap shut compared to the left, but it wouldn't click. Now I can't get it down from the wrist at all. And pulling it up became very difficult. Can you help with this

    Answer from Mio Gusto

Hello, if you send us the product, we can repair the zipper and send it back to you.

    Translated by Google

Hello, what is the sole length of size 35 and 36?

    Answer from Mio Gusto

Hello, Inner Mold Measurement from Toe to Heel: Size 35: 23 cm / Size 36: 23.5 cm

    Translated by Google

Hello, size 39, what is the sole length in cm?

    Answer from Mio Gusto

Inner Mold Measurement from Toe to Heel: Size 39: 25 cm

    Translated by Google

What is the wrist width for size 38?

    Answer from Mio Gusto

Hello, it is approximately 27 cm.

    Translated by Google

Exactly how many cm is the heel?

    Answer from Mio Gusto

    Hello, it is 4 cm.

    Translated by Google

Does it have water resistance or waterproof properties?

    Answer from Mio Gusto

Hello, our boots are water resistant but not completely waterproof. It is not a problem in daily rain and light wet ground, but it can absorb water in heavy rain or prolonged contact with water.

    Translated by Google

The heel length is written as both 4 and 5 cm. The exact size is important to me. Could you please measure and write it down? What size should someone who wears 40.5 get?

    Answer from Mio Gusto

Hello, the heel length is 4 cm, it is a perfect fit, if you use half size, we recommend 41.

    Translated by Google

What is the sole length of the product for size 42?

Hello, is there a heel sound or is the bottom plastic?

    Answer from Mio Gusto

Our product has rubber support on the heel part, so it does not make a noticeable "tap tap" sound while walking. There will be normal standard heel sound
