How many cm is the heel? Does it slip in snow and rain? Does it have serrated soles? Is it waterproof?

Answer from Mio Gusto

Hello, the heel length is 4 cm, the sole is serrated but it can slip on snow and ice, it has a zipper at the back. The waterproof feature is provided using a completely different technique and material, and it is generally only found in outdoor shoe manufacturers in the market and rarely.
