Generic Brand SİSAL BACK MASSAGE LIFE COMBINATION SKIN INTENSIVE MASSAGE EFFECT

"Will it stretch or break?" I asked the seller directly before purchasing. The "no way" answer to the question has turned out to be completely unfounded. The product, exposed to warm water for just 2 minutes (even before being used), has stretched to double its size at the handles and completely lost its body shape. The appearance of mold on the surface as soon as it comes into contact with water is clear evidence of how low the material quality and hygiene standards are. The product, which looks smooth and aesthetic in the images, actually has a frayed, hard and grizzled structure like straw. The product did not meet any of the promised technical specifications, and even though it was returned dry and unused due to a defect, the return was rejected under the pretext of being a "hygiene product." It is against commercial ethics to not accept the return of a product that cannot be used for its intended purpose and deforms as soon as it comes into contact with water. There was a grievance due to both the misleading information given by the seller and this product that was far from quality standards. This product is not worth your money and time. I do not recommend it at all.
