Cutting: Hold the blade at a low angle (approximately 30 degrees) to the surface and slide it along the line you want to cut with even and controlled pressure. Be careful not to increase the pressure too much; make several light cuts. Safety: When finished using, retract the blade tip completely and engage the locking mechanism. Maintenance: Always use a sharp blade tip by breaking or replacing dull blade tips in accordance with safety rules.
