Microbiome Labs Megasporebiotic - Pack of 60 Capsules

The Megasporebiotic product is in capsule form, not tablets. Each box contains 60 veg capsules. Capsule size is typically the size of a standard probiotic capsule (about 2 cm in length), easy to swallow for most users. As a content, the capsule contains probiotic bacteria in powder form (especially Bacillus strains), which provide resistance to stomach acid.

Hello, MegaSporeBiotic is a powerful probiotic supplement. It helps balance the gut flora, alleviate digestive issues, and boost the immune system. It is especially preferred in cases such as bloating, gas, and constipation. We hope you enjoy it in healthy days.

Hello, MegaSporeBiotic is a product containing spore-form probiotics and can be used to support intestinal flora. It is also preferred by some people for intestinal imbalances such as SIBO. However, since SIBO is a condition that needs to be evaluated individually, it would be better to plan its use under the supervision of a doctor or health professional. It is usually more comfortable to start with a low dose, especially at the beginning. We wish you healthy days.

There is no “one exact dose” of capsules per day for MegaSporeBiotic, because the dose used is usually adjusted according to individual need, sensitivity, and physician recommendation. Some healthcare professionals recommend starting with 1 capsule per day, while others may prefer to use 2 capsules per day, depending on the individual's needs. The key is to reduce the dose or consult your doctor if any side effects or discomfort occur. Using it as your doctor recommends is the safest approach. We wish you healthy days.

Hello, if you cannot swallow the capsule, you can open the capsule and mix the powder with water, yogurt or room temperature food and give it to you. However, there is a risk of reduced effectiveness in this form of use: the “protection from stomach acid” provided by the capsule may disappear. If you choose this method, we recommend ensuring the beverage isn't too hot and that the powder is consumed promptly. For safer use, it is best to take it in capsule form and swallow it if possible.

Hello, it is recommended to use it 15-20 minutes before meals, twice a day. If fasting, 2 can be used on an empty stomach before sahur.
