Metin ev® pure cotton collection brings together the natural texture of 100% cotton fabric with the meticulousness of workshop production. it represents understated luxury with its soft touch, matte and natural appearance. each product is individually checked until it meets metin ev® quality standards.
Details that make metin ev® different
Long-fiber cotton is used, so that the fabric is more durable, smoother and more comfortable.
The threads are combed cotton; they have high pilling resistance.
The weaving density provides the ideal balance between breathability and longevity.
It is dyed with reactive dye; the colors stay vibrant for a long time and do not fade easily in washes.
The seams are made using a single-needle technique and tight stitches; the edges are finished with a clean stitch.
Production process
Raw material:100% cotton, long fiber.
Thread:Ne 40/1 or ne 30/1 combed cotton yarn, depending on the product variant.
Weaving:In the range of 57–83 threads/cm², plain cotton weave (not satin).
Finishing:Enzyme + softening + sanforization; applied to prevent shrinkage in the first wash.
Clothing:Clean inner seam, duvet cover skirts with 5 cm presser foot seam.
Control:Each product is inspected one by one on the light table; the error tolerance is close to zero.
