The giza 45 cotton we use is one of the world's longest-fiber cottons. this fiber, when spun into a fine yarn like ne 80/1, results in a softer fabric with increased durability. the mercerization process is applied six times longer than the standard duration. this ensures the fabric retains its luster and color retention for years. the dyeing is done using a vat dyeing process. this method is time-consuming, but it virtually eliminates color fading. the stitching is completed with a single needle, with 8 stitches per centimeter. all edges are finished by hand. these details extend the production time, but they define the quality of metin ev.
