Mepal Multi Bowl Cirqula Rectangular Food Container 1500 ml

Hello Let us answer your questions: 1️⃣ “If hot soup is placed in this container, how long will it take to cool down? "Mepal Cirqula Rectangular 3000 ml containers do not have a heat-insulated thermos feature, therefore, foods like hot soup cool down over time according to room temperature." While it's hard to give an exact time, it starts to cool down significantly in about 20-40 minutes depending on the ambient temperature. If you want to keep the temperature longer, we recommend storing in a preheated thermal carrying bag. 2️⃣ “Are the lids sturdy? Does it leak? Yes, the lids are designed to be high quality, flexible and leak-proof. Especially the Mepal Cirqula series, which has passed leak tests and can be safely used for both solid and liquid foods. ✔️ When liquid and dense contents such as rice, soup, and fatty dishes are placed in this container, it does not leak when the lid is closed correctly. ✔️ It is also suitable for refrigerator storage, microwave heating, and dishwasher cleaning. Small note: Make sure the lid is fully seated for sealing and remove or leave a gap before microwaving.
