After softening the skin in the shower or bath, wet the product and apply it gently to the skin in circular motions without using soap. For first-time use, it is recommended to use it for a short time and with light pressure. It is not suitable for use on sensitive, irritated, or broken skin, or on the face. It is recommended to use it 1–2 times a week. After use, rinse and allow to dry.
