Product Q&As
Why do the insides of the hearts look like they were made with crayons?
Answer from MEKTAHOME
The design is like this sir :)

Hello, does the fabric require ironing?
Answer from MEKTAHOME
Hello sir, normally it is not necessary, but you can do it if you want.

Good day, how is the light transmittance?
Answer from MEKTAHOME
It does not completely darken, sir, it transmits half the light.

Hello, the products have arrived, but the dimensions of the curtain are different. We wanted 70x250. One of the products we received is short. How can you help?
Answer from MEKTAHOME
Aren't they the same, sir? Sometimes there is a difference of 1-2 centimeters in laser cutting, it may have been overlooked.
Translated by Google
Hello, I want to use it without a tulle curtain, so I wanted to make sure that in the measurement information, for example, it is 140.250 without pleats, because you stated it visually that you can make it pleated by pulling the string.
Answer from MEKTAHOME
Hello sir, the rope was removed a long time ago, there is a problem in the system, so we could not fix the carpet. They are all produced flat, not piqued.

Good day to take it easy. Do you send the product 10 cm more than the size we want? Someone said so in the comment, so I will give measurements accordingly.
Answer from MEKTAHOME
Hello, no sir, there was a problem before. We send the size you received
Translated by Google
Hello, after the product size is determined, is it shipped as a single wing?
Answer from MEKTAHOME
No sir. We send 2 wings of the size you choose. For example, if you buy 70*240, you will receive 2 70*240 curtains.
Translated by Google
Hello, I wonder if the size I chose is per wing or the total fund size?
Answer from MEKTAHOME
It is a single wing measurement, sir.
