Is it suitable for small states that do not have a specific place to store the liquid?

    Answer from Maysa Temizlik

Yes but should be stored in its own container or a hard plastic

    Translated by Google

Is it suitable for hand washing?

    Answer from Maysa Temizlik

    No

    Translated by Google

Hello, is it possible without using polisher?

    Answer from Maysa Temizlik

Choose our two-in-one product, sir. You may not need a polisher depending on your machine. It is more effective.

    Translated by Google

Good evening I have gilded porcelain plates. Since it is special, I only use it for my guests and I wash it by hand to prevent the patterns from being distorted. Can I use it safely on such porcelain plates? I will buy your detergent for the first time. The reason I'm asking is because some of my daily porcelain plates have faded patterns.

    Answer from Maysa Temizlik

It does the same job as tablet detergents, sir. You should continue to hand wash what you hand wash with a tablet

    Translated by Google

Hello, is there a 20 kilo sale?

    Answer from Maysa Temizlik

Unfortunately, this product is not available sir.

    Translated by Google

Does it have a salt and brightening effect or should we add extra?

    Answer from Maysa Temizlik

It has a contribution, but our customers who add extra are getting much better returns, sir.

    Translated by Google

Hello, I will buy the product, but I will not start using it immediately, after 5-6 months.. because of the stock I have. What is the lifespan of the product? Since there are 2 of us, I cannot consume it immediately. Will it last long?

    Answer from Maysa Temizlik

Hello sir, you will not have any problems with the shelf life of the product, but after you buy it, at least try it and then stock it. If you have any problems, the solution may be more difficult after 5-6 months.

    Translated by Google

One of the most important questions for me is, do the plates and glasses fade their color? So will processing, pattern etc. erase these?

    Answer from Maysa Temizlik

No sir, nothing like this will definitely not happen.

    Translated by Google

How many liters is this canister? Which cargo do you ship it with?

    Answer from Maysa Temizlik

We have a 1 liter double package, sir.

    Translated by Google

Sir, when I first start my machine, it discharges water. Will this product not flow like water and go to waste?

    Answer from Maysa Temizlik

Sir, do you use it with pre-wash?

    Translated by Google

The lid of the product is so hard that I cannot open it. How can I buy it?

    Answer from Maysa Temizlik

You can break the side lock plastic parts, sir.

    Translated by Google

I hope you have a good day. Does the brand have a halal certificate?

    Answer from Maysa Temizlik

We do not have a halal certificate, but it does not contain any prohibited chemicals.

    Translated by Google

Will my plates and glasses fill with color?

    Answer from Maysa Temizlik

    No harm sir

    Translated by Google

Why is it not recommended in the 30 program? I have to wash it for a long time. Also, is it a gel? I read comments saying some say it is not a gel.

    Answer from Maysa Temizlik

It is completely liquid. While it has no benefit other than its consistency to gel the product, it increases the amount of chemicals in it. In the suggestions we received and the tests conducted, the success rate of eco mode and above programs is high. You can try it in the program you want after receiving it.

    Translated by Google

Can I use liquid dishwasher detergent on patterned porcelain sets? The ones I used before discolored, I asked you 3 days ago if I could use your product safely, but you did not respond.

    Answer from Maysa Temizlik

If tablets spoil the detergent, this one will spoil it too, sir.

    Translated by Google

Good luck, can I get information on how to use the product in the dishwasher?

    Answer from Maysa Temizlik

Fill the machine tank completely, you can use it in economical programs of 1 hour without pre-washing.

    Translated by Google

Do you need to use salt from the verse?

    Answer from Maysa Temizlik

    You must, sir

    Translated by Google

Hello, I am asking how many washes a liter of dishwasher detergent makes.

    Answer from Maysa Temizlik

4 liters makes 180 washes, sir.

    Translated by Google

Hello, I just saw your request response. I added it to the dishwasher in sufficient quantity and my dishes were not clean and there was water turbidity. Unfortunately, the water remained on the grains. Unfortunately, I am currently using this product for bathroom cleaning.

    Answer from Maysa Temizlik

Sir, we are not satisfied with us. Can you write in the k o mda n? We do not want to make money from a product that is not happy with its use in this way.

    Translated by Google

MRHB detergent arrived today, I put it in instead of the tablet, but it all flows into it without starting the machine.

    Answer from Maysa Temizlik

Sir, do not worry about the flow inside, try it without pre-washing and share the results with us. Write to us, we are always behind our product and by your side.

    Translated by Google

How is it used? Is it shaped like a pumpkin?

    Answer from Maysa Temizlik

The number of washes has been calculated accordingly, sir, so that the detergent tank will be full. You can get information by writing to us at K o m

Is the consistency of the product too fluid? Will it spill out when you put it in the chamber and become ineffective in the wash?

    Answer from Maysa Temizlik

Sir, its consistency is fluid so that it is exposed to the least chemicals and there is no risk of sticking. As long as you do not pre-wash, you should not have any problems if it gets into the machine.

Hello, I bought the product and I wash it at 30 degrees to prevent my items from discoloring. Can't it be washed at 30? Why did you write 50?

    Answer from Maysa Temizlik

Sir, we know that the economical dishwasher starts from 45-50 degrees, there will be no discoloration, if you are not satisfied, please follow our instructions.

I live alone. Since the dishwasher is usually not full and I don't have very dirty dishes, running it for half an hour is enough, but you said that it will be effective in programs of at least 1 hour. Wouldn't half an hour be enough for dishes that are not oily?

    Answer from Maysa Temizlik

Sir, our general usage is a one-hour program, but you can use it if it is not too full.

    Translated by Google

Hello. How should we use it, and can we use it in a short program of 30 minutes? thanks

No sir, we recommend a minimum of 1 hour, you fill it until the detergent tank is full.
