Masterchef Master Chef Twin Fish Pan 32 cm – Professional in the Kitchens

nice, we liked it

There was only one comment when I bought it, I wanted to elaborate. The first time I bought a twin pan, I realized that it was unnecessary. A lid is necessary to transfer the fish from the pan to the plate, because there is oil in it while it is cooking, and if you want to drain the oil with the twin pan closed, the fish inside gets turned upside down, so you have to dirty another lid to drain the oil and serve it flat, which is contrary to the purpose of the pan. While I was trying to turn the other side of the fish when it was cooked on one side, the twin practice was great, but unfortunately it was leaking oil from the edges. If you start with the narrow mouthed one and use the wide mouth to turn the back, it decreases a little bit, but it's not gone. What I mentioned is about whether to buy or not buy the product of the pan, the seller, the quality of the material, etc. There is one thing about the product that is the most important and caused me to lose the score, that is, the base is extremely thin, while I was trying to put it on the hot pan for the second time, the first ones are burning until the end of the fish. Or if you say you'll sit on the side, you wash your hand, you run over to pick up the salad on the table, it dries in seconds, burns, etc. That's why I regretted buying it, but my mother-in-law had another brand, the coating was removed, it was a thaf, etc. This product seems to have a granite coating, it seems to be of better quality to me, but it is not useful and practical, unfortunately, it seems like I will mail it without my husband noticing and move on to the old pan lid model. I will update it if I get used to it and discover its practical aspects.

The product arrived damaged. The side of the pan has been hit.
