Marmorino Tools Brosse Effect and Texture Brush 70X90Mm

Hello, I have serious doubts about the three brushes of 70, 100 and 150 sizes that I purchased from you under the brand name Marmorino Tools through Trendyol. About 6 in total for those products in question. I paid 000 TL. "When I examine the official website of Marmorino Tools in Italy and the official product catalog, I see that the flamingo logo of the brand and the phrase ""MARMORINO TOOLS"" are clearly on the wooden handles of the brushes in the Spalter series that I purchased." In fact, the same logo and brand expression is clearly present in the product photos you use in your sales advertisement. However, none of the three brushes sent to me have the Marmorino Tools phrase, the flamingo logo, or any brand mark that I can identify as belonging to Marmorino Tools. The products reached me completely unbranded. Therefore, I request that you certify in writing that the products sent to me are original products manufactured by Marmorino Tools and explain in writing why there is no brand/logo on the products. I would like to specifically state that my purchase decision is for the product clearly stated in the ad, which is the Marmorino Tools brand and original product, not an ordinary or equivalent Spalter brush. Therefore, it is not possible for me to accept that the products I purchased by paying a high price were sent without a brand. If a satisfactory and verifiable statement/document is not provided to the effect that the products are original production of Marmorino Tools, I will first request confirmation of the authenticity of the products by directly contacting the Marmorino Tools headquarters in Italy, along with the product and advertisement photos I have. I also inform you that I will make the necessary applications to Trendyol and, if necessary, I will use my legal rights by contacting the relevant authorities within the scope of consumer legislation. I am waiting for your explanation on the issue and documents/information showing the authenticity of the products.
