Hello, is it waterproof?

Answer from Marjin

Dear Customer, we would like to inform you about the production features of our products. In our hand-stitched models, water leakage may occur due to the stitching intervals, in our zippered boots and shoes, due to the zipper connection points, and in our products made of synthetic materials, due to their structure. In this regard, there is no "full waterproof" guarantee in our products. We thank you for your understanding and wish you pleasant shopping.

Answer from Marjin

Hello, you can choose a size half a size smaller or a larger size.

Translated by Google

What and how should we take care of it when it breaks or its color fades?

Answer from Marjin

Hello, you can use dye on genuine leather products. You can use the mold when you are not using the product.

Translated by Google

Does it make noise from the heel? Does it keep you warm?

Answer from Marjin

Hello, there is a normal heel sound that is connected to the ground only when walking. The product has a 100% genuine leather outer surface and genuine leather inner lining. Thanks to its thermo base, it provides protection against the cold by cutting off contact with the ground, but intense water contact should be avoided.

Translated by Google
