Marelli Evo Star Type with Brake (Piston/Stop/Hydraulic) Hinge for Cabinet (Closes Slowly)

Product description

Whether you're a master craftsman or just a regular user, you can't escape the revolution happening in the hinge industry. If you're a craftsman, you know the trick: use one hinge with a brake and one without to ensure the lid closes smoothly and gently. one hinge should be thicker and coarser, while the other is smaller. Your customer probably asked you this question while opening and closing the lid: "master, why are these hinges different? are you using a different material?" .

no, of course you don't cheat with the material, but your customer doesn't know that. Before, you had little chance of preventing this, but now you have a chance! * so was the only distinction between this with and without brake hinge dimensions? Unfortunately no, the bases were different as well.

one is clip base, another is insert base. I will explain the details below, but this was creating a problem for both the master and the user: installing and adjusting the cover, and removing and re-installing the cover when necessary. The masters understood, but let me explain it to the end user, think of it this way: the hinge without a brake on top is tightened and installed with a screwdriver, and the hinge with a brake on the bottom is fixed by passing through the clip base. But since the process of removing and attaching is two different systems, you are struggling in vain when you need to remove and attach this cover the next day. Marelli evo brake hinge has revolutionized the industry by solving these 2 problems, let's see how it solved it: * visual harmony - perfect appearance in every cover the secret of elegance in furniture is hidden in the details. The marelli evo brake hinge is designed to be identical in size and appearance to the non-brake hinge, unlike the classic brake hinges. This eliminates any visual difference, even if you use both soft-close and non-soft-close hinges on your cabinet doors. Both hinges appear aligned and uniform, creating a seamless aesthetic on your cabinet door.

this feature is a big advantage for both craftsmen and end users: there is no image pollution from different hinges on the cabinet door.

customer satisfaction increases, the risk of complaints disappears.

the end user gets a more modern and clean look on their furniture. New generation technology - silent, balanced, durable evo's heart has an advanced brake mechanism. Its name is derived from the english word evolution, meaning revolution. Because its minimalist design and innovative braking mechanism have truly revolutionized the hinge industry. Whether you close the lid slowly or quickly, the hinge will slow down the lid on its own and close it quietly. Thanks to its long-lasting special spring system, it does not lose its performance even after thousands of openings and closings. Silent closing = high comfort balanced brake system = long life compact body = elegant appearance with this, both professional craftsmen and users who seek quality at home can easily feel the difference.

and they can cover the lids quitely with same performance for many years.
