You can buy a full size, the fit is large. If you are an intermediate size, the decision is yours.

I'm 169 and 52 kilos. I bought size S. It could barely fit around my hips and was too big for my waist.

The product is nice but the size is big. I am 163, 51 kilos and I bought 36 size, the waist is too big. It came in abundance. Since it is already high waist, if your waist is thin it will be extra loose. Sorry, refund
