Product Q&As

Is it suitable for 1.18 lt?

**** **** - 31 August 2024

Answer from MamaStuff

Hello, yes it is compatible

Translated by Google

Hello, I don't understand how to install it, can you please explain?

**** **** - 3 November 2024

Purchased this item

Answer from MamaStuff

Hello, first of all, turn the strip with the Stanley logo on the cover. Image 3. It should be like in the photo. Insert piece number 2 into the pipette entrance, and piece number 1 into the pipette tip. Insert part number 3 into the middle part behind the cover.

Translated by Google

I use it without a straw. Will it prevent my thermos from leaking? So can I use it even if I don't wear a straw?

**** **** - 18 March 2025

Answer from MamaStuff

Hello, leakage can occur when used without a straw

Translated by Google

Hello, does it fit the thermos of the tanton? It takes air from the straw part and flows it. Does it close it there? The plastic apparatus attached there.

**** **** - 31 October 2024

Answer from MamaStuff

Hello, it covers all 3 areas as in the photos, including the straw. There are customers who say that it is compatible with Tantitoni, on the contrary, there are also those who say that it is not compatible with anything, including straws. Our product is made for Stanley thermoses and we do not recommend using it with different brands. Best regards

Translated by Google

Hello. When the gasket that goes into the part where the pipette enters is installed, can the rotatable part on the top still rotate or does the gasket prevent it? Thanks

**** **** - 18 June 2025

Answer from MamaStuff

Hello, we have customers who turn the logo strip on the lid again, but this can cause leakage. We advise that the ribbon with the logo on the cover remains surrounded as we describe in photos and videos

Translated by Google

Is it suitable for 0.59 ml? And does it extend the hot cold holding time?

**** **** - 17 May 2026

Answer from MamaStuff

Hello, if your thermos is Stanley Quencher, it will be compatible. We haven't conducted any research on the effect of our stoppers on the hot/cold retention time; our primary focus is on ensuring a leak-proof seal.

Translated by Google

Hello, does it prevent leakage when I remove the straw and attach the two apparatus? The one I bought before did not work unless I attached it with a straw.

**** **** - 14 October 2025

Answer from MamaStuff

Hello, it does not provide leakage protection unless the straw is attached.

Translated by Google

Does it drip when I remove the straw and turn the lid to sealed? Because I don't always carry a straw.

**** **** - 12 March 2025

Answer from MamaStuff

Hello, yes it will leak like that.

Translated by Google

Hello, I couldn't understand the purpose of the other third tip. There is a hole in the middle. It fits on top of the other stopper.

**** **** - 14 September 2024

Answer from MamaStuff

Hello, there are three parts that cause leakage in Stanley straw thermoses. The silicone pieces seal all three parts. The part number 3 in the photos is for the middle part under the lid (where looks into the thermos)
