1. Preparation: Soften the skin by washing your feet with warm water or soaking them in water for a while. This makes the filing process more effective. 2. Attaching the sanding pad: If there is an old sanding pad on your file head, remove it and replace it with a new one. Make sure the pad is securely in place. 3. Filing process: Apply the sandpaper surface to the hardened areas on the heels and soles of the feet. File with light, circular motions. Be careful not to apply too much pressure, otherwise you may irritate your skin.
