Maia mc Clove Essential Oil 20 ml

Hello, thanks to the high amount of eugenol it contains, clove essential oil is very effective in fighting bacteria that cause bad breath and supporting gum health. But it should not be used directly (undiluted) as it is very strong oil. The safest and most effective ways to use it for bad breath are: 1. Natural Mouth Wash (Gargle) is the most common and safe method. It allows the oil to spread throughout the mouth in a homogeneous way. Preparation: Add 1-2 drops of clove oil to a glass (approximately 200 ml) of warm water. Application: With this mixture, make a mouthwash for about 30 seconds and then spit it out. Caution: Never swallow the mix. It is useful to stir the glass before each use, as the oil is not completely dissolved in water. 2. Add it to your toothbrushing routine to boost its effectiveness. Application: After applying the paste on the toothbrush, just drop 1 drop of clove oil on the paste and brush your teeth as usual. Benefit: It not only removes odor, but also provides protection against gum inflammation. 3. Massage with Carrier Oil (For Gums: This method is effective if the odor is caused by gum problems.) Preparation: Add 1 drop of clove oil to a teaspoon of coconut oil or olive oil. Application: Apply this mixture to your gums with your fingertips, gently massaging it in. Wait 5 minutes and rinse your mouth with water. Important Warnings and Tips Dilution Requirement: Clove oil is a very "hot" oil. Applying it directly to the tongue or gums without dilution can cause burns and irritation. Do not swallow: Essential oils are generally not suitable for internal use (drinking); they can cause stomach sensitivity. Pregnancy and Children: Pregnant women, nursing mothers and young children must consult a doctor before use. Continuity: If bad breath has become chronic, these methods only provide a temporary fix.
