Hello, First of all, thank you for your good question. For 163 cm height and 65 kilos, **size M** would be ideal in the Black Modal Soft Touch Tie-Up Tracksuit MG2723 model. The soft touch fabric of our product fits comfortably on the body and size M will provide both a comfortable and stylish fit for you. If you have any questions, I'm happy to help again. Best regards, Deniz Madmext Team

Hello, First of all, thank you for your interest. Considering your height and weight, I think size S will give you a comfortable fit. However, taking into account your request to "let it be loose", I should point out that size M will provide a wider fit. I understand your concern about the mesh (stitch) part. The difference in crotch height between S and M sizes is usually around 1-2 cm, meaning the crotch part of the M size won't sit much lower. I think size S will be more suitable for you in low waist use, because size M may be wider at the waist and not fit as you wish. In summary, I recommend **size S** for a loose but not too wide fit. Size M may be too big for you and the crotch may be uncomfortably low. If you have any other question I am happy to help. Best regards, Deniz Madmext Team
