Hello, first of all, thank you for your interest in our product and brand. For your height of 180 cm and weight of 100 kg, we recommend choosing size **XXL** from our two-piece set for a more relaxed, comfortable, and flowy fit. Size XL may fit you tightly or snugly depending on the style; therefore, size XXL would be more suitable for comfortable wear throughout the day. We wish you pleasant shopping. Madmext Team
