Hello, it is size 38, but the zipper on the calf part does not close, it remains open for 4 fingers. Will the zipper have the same problem in size 39? Does the upper part expand as the foot size increases?

Hello, the wrist circumference width is 25 cm for size 38, the calf circumference width is 37 cm, and the leg length is 37 cm. There is a difference between 0.5 and 1 cm between the numbers.
