Köşeleri yuvarlak kesersen daha iyi tutar. 3. Uygulama şekli Bandı çok germeden (hafif gerginlik %0–15) uygulayın. Yüz için genelde nazik uygulama yapılır. Bant, kas yönüne göre yerleştirilir (örneğin yukarı doğru lifting etkisi için yukarı yönlü). 4. Yapıştırma Bandın uçlarını gerilimsiz yapıştırın. Hafifçe ovarak ısıtın → yapışkan aktifleşir. 5. Kullanım süresi Genelde 2–4 saat veya gece kullanılır. Hassas ciltlerde daha kısa süre tercih edilir. 6. Çıkarma Yavaşça ve nazikçe çıkarın. Gerekirse ılık su veya yağ ile yumuşatın (tahrişi azaltır).

🧴 KINESIO FACE TAPE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE 1. Prepare the skin Wash your face and dry it completely. Make sure there is no oil, cream, or makeup left on the skin. 2. Prepare the tape Cut as much as you need. Rounding the corners ensures better adhesion. 3. Application method Apply the tape without stretching it too much (light tension: 0–15%). Application is generally gentle on the face. The tape is placed in the direction of the muscle (for example, upward for a lifting effect). 4. Adhesion Secure the ends of the tape without tension. Gently rub to warm it → the adhesive activates. 5. Duration of use Generally used for 2–4 hours or overnight. A shorter duration is preferred for sensitive skin. 6. Removal Remove slowly and gently. If necessary, soften with warm water or oil (to reduce irritation).
