Lumberjack Connect Wmn 4Fx Women's Blue Sports Shoes - 101498461

I highly recommend it 🤗

I wanted black, turquoise. They sent an irrelevant color and I will return it.

I ordered black and got blue.

Another color arrived, I ordered twice, another color arrived twice. I returned. I do not recommend

When the Lumberjack brand shoes I purchased from the seller named [Seller Name] through the Trendyol platform arrived, multiple unacceptable defects were detected, which completely shattered my confidence in remote shopping: Brand Confusion and Authenticity Doubt: Although the product I purchased is Lumberjack brand, there is a discount and price tag for another brand (Hummel) on the shoe. This situation raises serious questions about the originality and supply process of the product. Color Defect (Faulty Product): The base/side detail parts, which should be blue in the original design of the product, have clearly turned yellow/changed color in the product sent to me. Used/Display Product Shipment: There is mud, stains, and black dirt on the sole of the shoe. The product was sent as a display item that has been tried on/used before in the store or outside, not as a brand new item. While consumers expect a flawless product, this careless and defective service I encountered clearly damages consumer trust in online shopping. I request that my grievance be resolved immediately, necessary investigations be carried out on the seller, and the refund process or the process of replacing the defective product with a perfect one be initiated. All necessary photos are included in the attachment.
