Product Q&As
Hello, is there Bluetooth in the product?
Answer from Lumaverse
Hello, thank you for your interest. The LUMA does not connect via Bluetooth. It is designed independently from external connections to provide a safer and more controlled experience, especially for children. All content runs through the SD card. We hope you have a good day.

I really want to know how to easily open this charging section. Am I not skilled or is it too difficult? Is there a formula?
Answer from Lumaverse
Hi, the charging cover is designed a bit tight so kids can't open it easily. The easiest way is to gently insert the tip of a credit card into the gap along the edge of the lid and slowly pry it up. It also gets a little easier to open after a few uses.

When I asked to buy a memory card, they asked me to find out its speed. I wonder what its speed is?
Answer from Lumaverse
Hello,The memory card that comes with the LUMA is 1 GB and FAT16. No special high speed class is required for audio files. The safest option is to use a standard microSD card with a capacity of 1–2 GB in MS-DOS (FAT/FAT16) format. It is not necessary to get a higher speed card such as a Class 10.

Hello, it cannot get out of the song loop, it keeps looping on the first song, it keeps saying press the forward button for three seconds, we did that in the description, is there anything else we can do?
Answer from Lumaverse
Hello, It seems to be in loop mode. To get out of the loop ⏯️ can you hold the play/pause button for 3 seconds? After that, the songs will continue to advance in order. If it continues, write to us again and we will help you immediately.

Hi, can we upload songs to the card ourselves? How much memory does it have?
Answer from Lumaverse
Yes, you can upload the music you want to the device thanks to the SD card inside Luma. You can create a completely personalized experience for your child by adding their favorite songs or custom content. ✨ The capacity of the SD card in Luma is 1GB, but you can also use another Micro SD card if needed.
