Product Q&As

Will you release the heeled version?

**** **** - 17 August 2026

Answer from Lufie

It looks like we won't be able to catch up this year, we gave priority to the classic model due to the intensity.

Translated by Google

41 no ic cm kac

**** **** - 1 July 2024

Answer from Lufie

It is approximately 27 cm

Translated by Google

I normally wear size 39, should I buy the full size or 1 size larger?

**** **** - 17 July 2025

Answer from Lufie

Hello, the molds have been renewed for all products this year. You can get the exact number. Odd numbers should prefer the next higher number. Have a nice day

Translated by Google

Can it be worn on the beach or does it slip?

**** **** - 1 June 2025

Answer from Lufie

Hello, it is non-slip. The sea is used by the poolside, but salt water and chlorinated water reduce the lifespan of the slippers. Best regards

Translated by Google

Hello, will the Lufie text written on the inside of the slippers be erased if it comes into contact with sweat and water?

**** **** - 30 May 2025

Answer from Lufie

No, it cannot be deleted. There is no such problem in the version produced this year. It happened last year, maybe you saw it in the comments.

Translated by Google

Does this color stain or turn yellow?

**** **** - 28 June 2024

Answer from Lufie

Hello, it does not stain or yellow easily. Of course, it would be much healthier if you wash it after using the sea pool and do not leave it wet.

Translated by Google

Hello. My foot is 24 cm. What size should I buy according to this pattern?

**** **** - 14 September 2026

Answer from Lufie

Shoe sizes and their equivalent in cm: 36-24.2 37-25 38-25.7 39-26.3 40-27 41-27.3 You should buy 36

Translated by Google

Hello, I wear size 38, but I don't want my feet to overflow, is it okay if I buy size 39?

**** **** - 30 August 2026

Answer from Lufie

If you want, buy size 38, it's the exact size.

Translated by Google

I wear size 35, will it be too big if I buy 36?

**** **** - 17 August 2026

Answer from Lufie

It will probably fit on your feet, try it and if not, you can send it back, no problem.

Translated by Google

Translated by Google

Hello, is it suitable for taking 10 thousand steps a day? Does it hurt between the fingers?

**** **** - 23 June 2025

Answer from Lufie

Hello, approximately 20 thousand people have used our products and our average score is between 4.6 and 4.8. We choose soft material so that it does not hurt your foot, but it depends on the foot structure, if you buy it tight, it may hurt. It also takes the shape of your foot as you wear it.

Translated by Google

Yes, my final decision is as follows: one black is 37, the other black is 38 and white is 37. Kübra lighter

**** **** - 8 May 2025

Answer from Lufie

Ok, have a nice day ☺️

Translated by Google

Hello, according to the new measurement, it is 37 cm and how many cm is size 38? I would be very happy if I get a clear answer, thank you.

**** **** - 7 May 2025

Answer from Lufie

It is okay if you buy the size you always wear, it is a perfect fit, the information we give in cm may not be accurate. Because when you wear the slippers, there is half an inch of space left at the front and back. If you wear a half-length bumara, for example 37.5, buy 38.

Translated by Google

Will we buy the full mold for this color and the black color as well? Is it renewed? It is not written on the photo, I am asking just to be sure.

**** **** - 5 April 2025

Answer from Lufie

Hello, you can buy the full mold. Use It On Good Days

Translated by Google

Hello, are the slippers water resistant? Can we wear them by the sea or in the shower? thanks

**** **** - 23 July 2024

Answer from Lufie

Hello, Of course it can be used, but prolonged exposure to salt water and chlorinated water can reduce the life of the slippers. Best regards

Translated by Google

What is the inside measurement of size 37?

**** **** - 15 July 2024

Answer from Lufie

Hello, our products are half a size smaller. You can choose 1 larger size. 38-25 cm, 37-24.3 cm, 36-23.6 cmdir.

Translated by Google

Hello, I loved the slippers, they are really successful, but I think they are too short in cm. Even though I bought size 41, I normally wear size 40 and my feet are not wide-footed. As a constructive criticism, would you consider all 42? I would love to buy every color

Translated by Google

What are the inner dimensions of size 39 and 40 in cm?

**** **** - 19 June 2024
