Dear Sir, I am experiencing serious inconvenience with the Lufian brand shoes that I purchased by trusting the Trendyol platform. When purchasing the product, the images on the Trendyol homepage displayed the original Lufian brand shoes. However, the product sent to me was provided by the Korayspor seller and does not match the product in the images at all. The shoe sent is a counterfeit (non-original) product that has no relation to the original product in terms of quality, appearance, and brand features. As someone who knows the Lufian brand closely and has used the same product before, I would like to clearly state that the product sent to me does not match the product presented in the images. This situation has both damaged my trust as a consumer and victimized me. In this context, I respectfully request that the grievance I experienced be resolved, that the necessary reviews and warnings be made regarding the relevant seller Korayspor, and that the necessary measures be taken to prevent misleading product sales on the Trendyol platform. I ask for what you need and wish you good work.
