LUFIAN Plus Smart Men's Chino Trousers Slim Fit Stone

nice product

The product is beautiful and the fabric is legendary.

It's a poor quality product

I purchased two of the same item. The products were sent with different cargo companies and I received different products. So I returned both items and both items were delivered to the same carrier. However, only one of the products was accepted for return by Trendyol. The other product was not sent back to me, and the price of the product was not refunded to my bank account. So you both received the product and did not reimburse me for the product. When I contacted customer service, you said that you would not help me with a refund or return of the product, and that I could take legal action if I wanted. This is totally unacceptable on my part. I request the return of the product or the refund of the product price. Otherwise, I will resort to the consumer arbitration court and other necessary legal authorities. I demand that my grievance be immediately addressed and that the product or its price be fully refunded to me.
