Product Q&As

I bought this lock from you, we installed it on all the windows, it's been about 3 months since I installed it, at first it was a very good lock, it would activate immediately when I closed the window, but now, in some cases, sometimes the lock does not activate, and in one of them, no matter how hard I close it, it does not lock at all. I cannot trust the child's room. I wonder why it can happen, can you help me?
