Product Q&As
10298405643 Good luck, I bought this carpet, I just washed it in the machine and the carpet shrank. Is this normal even though I washed it at 30 degrees? I liked it very much and I was happy to buy it, but I was very sad that it was shot.
Answer from Lorente Home
Hello sir, as it says in the product description, it is normal for it to shrink by 5%. Thank you for choosing us and wish you a good day.
