2. Hold earplug at stem and gently pull up back on your outer to straighten canal.

3. Insert into canal, twisting it slightly to ensure snug fit.

4. Release when secure.

6. Clean earplugs after each use with mild soap and warm water, then dry them thoroughly before storing in carry case.
