How many watt adapter do you recommend we use?
Answer from LOGES TİCARET
You can use standard adapters. We do not recommend over 20w. We don't think it will be damaged, but charging it unless necessary will be more efficient for the battery life. You can easily charge devices like laptops and iPads at their inputs.

Hello, how can I charge the pen for the iPad A16 model?
Answer from LOGES TİCARET
Hi, you need to connect the pen with bluetooth for charging tracking. If you have a pen that you have connected before, you can add our pen by forgetting it from the bluetooth list.

Even though the pen has a bluetooth charging feature, it does not charge when I try it, I wonder why?
Answer from LOGES TİCARET
Hello, the magnetic charging feature is not compatible with all iPad models, it only works with some models. If you send the code starting with A on the back of your iPad, let's check the magnetic charging compatibility.

Is there a difference when writing with your pen that connects via Bluetooth and does not require a connection?
Answer from LOGES TİCARET
There is no difference when typing. Both pens can be connected via Bluetooth as well if desired. The Bluetooth connection helps you to see your charge via iPad, it is not necessary to use the connection. The main difference between the two pens is the magnetic charging.

I bought a Loges stylus pen, which was offered for sale before this series, with only one light hole on it. About a year ago, I have been charging it for the last month. It is charging, but I press the button and the pen does not turn on. What could be the reason?
Answer from LOGES TİCARET
Hello, it is not possible to comment without seeing it. Send the pen and let's check it.
