The ignorant pattern of today's villager: still hoping for help from the state, believing that our government knows best, ignorant, rude, but equally hardworking, greedy and conscientious. The village's trainer riza, the mayor battalı and his clever kır abbas, reason together, give each other hand in hand, follow the villager and establish a bond, all in a rocky field, with a thousand efforts, dedication and working day and night. While their mouths are filled with grapes and their hearts are filled with hope, they eat the government's buckle at a moment they never expected.

but what a slap! In a moment, they are out of the wheel of the bureaucracy, a burr.

the right to seek justice, but what is right, what is the law? Turtles, a unique and enlightening literary work written in a simple yet rich language, addresses issues that have long been part of our history but still resonate today. it tells the story of our creative rural people, as well as their helplessness and ignorance in the face of bureaucracy.
