Librum Kitap Master in Feedback Art

Product description

Who of us could not be inspired if someone would tell you with a superior attitude what you did wrong, what you were lacking in? Every person is unique in their existence and journey. It is the carrier of completely different stories, traces, and transformations.

and most of the time, people are most blind to themselves. We need eyes that can see the growth within us and gently open the space to make it visible.

we meet this person sometimes in a meeting room, sometimes in a chat, sometimes in a class, or just walking down the street.

and that encounter can leave deep scars in each other's journey.

“mastery in the art of feedback” centers on these very “encounters”.

feedback is not just a “skill” stuck in business

it describes that it is a natural part of being human, shaped in the depths of our relationships. This book, shaped with real stories from life, neurological foundations, and coaching perspective, explains how we can mirror more in our relationships, how we can recognize and nurture the plus ones in each other.
