Product description

Whoever wants to see the exact date should look closely at it.

how close is close? Easy: -close enough to pick the pimples of cleopatra!.

if one wants to fully appreciate an old poem, one must hear it closely.

how close is close? It's easy too:-close enough to hear the poet's breath!.

poems, poets and assemblies are not written with a scientific claim. The aim is to reveal the curious, dramatic, and utterly human lives of ancient poets, and to examine classical turkish poetry through this lens alone. Those who know, can say that this book is not scientific, and they can be right in their claim. However, there is also this much that while writing this book, i spent many sleepless nights among the damp or dusty leaves of many ancient histories and tried to compile the lines with kah hzn, kah neş, and to get rid of the junk details. Biographies, memoirs, travelogues, and a wealth of other historical works.

separate books for each round, separate stories. I don't know if there was any other way to bring all the distances of our poetry history closer. I will not deny that scientific and professional works contain a historical treasure within them, and of course, i am aware that we can rise with science. However, let's be clear: these works were written to inform, not just to be read. they were aimed at a scientific audience. in our current era, people prefer to learn through entertainment rather than just for the sake of information. I wrote this book because i believe that the direct contact of classical turkish poetry with the people of our age is about educating them while entertaining them.

so this book is not written for either university literature students or young poets. This book is for anyone who enjoys poetry and is essentially a fascinating journey through our poetry history, all arranged in chronological order.

if we are looking for adventure, this is an adventure. I tried to fictionalize the exciting events related to poetry, the unique humility and ordinariness of the poets, and everything i found worth tracing - without ever contradicting reality - in these stories. In this regard, the stories you have can be considered both romantic and realistic. Perhaps they are nothing more than facts embellished with the author's imagination. Even their sss are not taken from the date.

think.

That poets are also human beings, that they walk the streets like you and me, that they sometimes suffer great pain and experience little happiness in the face of events - the opposite is also possible -, with their weaknesses and virtues

With their stays without money or their dependence on favors, with what they eat and what they cannot eat

Think of them as human beings, with or without what they wear.

for me, that was enough to make them all a story subject, and they did.
