For a hijab-wearing person who is 165 cm tall, it may not fully cover the hip area when worn over a skirt due to length and tightness. Therefore, generally: - Consider combining it with a long, hip-covering shirt, tunic, or blouse, - Or with a loose and high-waisted skirt.
