Dear customer, thank you for your interest. We understand that your goal is to use the product with a little flow. Since our product has a **regular fit**, you can generally choose the size you use daily; however, unfortunately, we cannot make a clear size recommendation. Since the manufacturer does not share the model's height/weight and body information, we cannot give you a definitive guidance on this issue. Since you are in the 42-44 range, we kindly ask you to review the **size chart** and especially the **customer reviews** on the product page. In the comments, there are generally useful feedback about whether the product is tight or loose. If you want it to be a little looser, consider both your own size and the next size up, and decide by comparing the comments.
