I ordered a small LEGO set—which should’ve been even easier to handle—yet it arrived in terrible condition. The box has a huge cut running from the top to the middle which opens the inside of the box. They don’t bother placing it in a proper shipping box or wrapping it in bubble wrap, despite me mentioning this countless times before. Hands down, the worst company to buy collectible items from.
