This is my second time ordering LEGO, but I’m very disappointed with this experience. My order arrived with a damaged box, and I’m unsure if I’ll place future orders if this issue persists.

They sent an opened, used package like a joke LEGO PACKETS. Packages number 3.4,5 were not sent and were sent twice in the same package number 1. They glued the lid of the Lego box so that it't get messed up. Even the booklet is torn

Even though it was a collector's item, the box looked like it had been run over by a truck.
