Uses: It is a natural perfume. It relieves stress, tension, depression, and fatigue. Due to its calming effect on the mind, you can use it in Savasana at the end of your yoga practice. You can put it in a diffuser or incense burner in your living space. Dripping 2-3 drops of lavender oil on your pillow will ensure a good night's sleep.It can be used to heal wounds, cuts, and burns. You can rub it on your neck to relieve headaches. You can mix it into your shampoo for hair and skin care. It helps your skin look bright and vibrant. It repels mosquitoes and insects.
