There is a small scratch on the serrated part of the product. Now it is to return it, take it back, bring it back. If the cargo comes and picks it up, it is no problem. I didn't know what to do. I'm updating the review because I'm using it. I acted exactly according to the instructions and cooked chicken, it was very sticky, there was excessive smoke. It's troublesome at home. It should be a little deep. The juice of the meat splashed and flowed everywhere. I cooked it on low heat. It doesn't fit perfectly on the stove, it burns the middle, but doesn't cook the sides. It stuck so much that it will obviously be difficult to clean. Frankly, I didn't like it very much. I would return it if I could.
