I received the same one as in the picture. The product is successful. I guess those who don't like it don't like it because they don't know how to use it. I explain immediately how to use it, gather it together :) If you are going to use it for yourself, you need to make a smoothing and a brush. If you do it for someone else (usually because it is a keratin application brush), assuming that we have a straightener in one hand, you need to catch the pinch from the bottom of the hair with this brush before the pinch you straighten ends. Do not apply heat on it. I suggest you apply it as a set of straightening brushes just to spread the temperature of the pinch passed over with a straightener.
