Hello dear customer, you will turn it like a cover from where the water comes out.

Hello, there are other parts of the product, like rubber, what are they for, will it be a problem if I don't wear the head without using them?

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello Dear Customer, All mounting hardware of the product is shipped with the product.

Translated by Google

does it really prevent scale

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, yes

Translated by Google

Can you also write the function difference?

Answer from KUSTAR

Translated by Google

How often should the filter be changed?

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, it depends on usage.

Translated by Google

It didn't fit this faucet, it was too small. Is there a larger size?

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, check out our store for larger sizes.

Translated by Google

Isn't there a different leakage setting? The tenant takes it well, but there is a lot of water splashing around.

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, this is a flat model, this model also has 3 functions. You can look at our store.

How many months does the medicine last?

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, 1 month

Translated by Google

Hello, I attached the 2 round black silicone and white spiral ice cream apparatus that came with the head to the head and connected it to the tap. However, water is leaking from the connection point to the tap. I wonder what could be the reason?

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, you didn't bother me completely then.

Translated by Google

Hello, are the filters washable?

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, it is not washable.

Translated by Google

Our water is extremely calcareous and we make tea this way and use it in meals. Does the water that comes out when using this head create a situation that will prevent the use of it in tea or meals?

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, no, it does not pose a problem.

Translated by Google

"Hello, is the cotton part inside healthy? You wrote that ""water cannot be drunk"", but did you say that because drinking water does not taste like it?"

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, the cotton part inside our shower head is only for filtering to prevent lime and sediment, it does not pose any health risks. "The phrase ""water is not drinkable"" on the product is stated because the filtered water does not meet the drinking water standard." So you can use it safely when taking a shower, but it is not recommended to consume it as drinking water.

Translated by Google

Hello, the alternating adapter yes it came out, but the narrower side goes in, the wider side does not go in both sides, should both sides be narrow or is there a different use?

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello, dear customer, you need to unscrew the aerator at the end of the faucet, otherwise the installation may not be complete.

Translated by Google

Does it cut chlorine as well

Answer from KUSTAR

It minimizes it, sir.

Translated by Google

Good day, I want to install this filter inside the tank at the float end, but the water outlet is small, what can be done?

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello, we need to see where you will install the product for this.

Translated by Google

How do we do it? I don't know.

Answer from KUSTAR

hello sir what exactly

Translated by Google

How long does 1 filter last?

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello, it depends on the pollution level of your water.

Translated by Google

what is the mouth width of the product

Answer from KUSTAR

THAT'S HOW WE WILL BE, SIR.

Translated by Google

How many months does each filter last

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello, it depends on the pollution level of your water.

Translated by Google

How often should the filter be replaced?

Answer from KUSTAR

It depends on the pollution level of your water, sir.

Translated by Google

does it work with two modes or one mode

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, single flat

Translated by Google

I think the product is not just for the kitchen.

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, in the area you want

Translated by Google

Hello. I wonder if it would be beneficial if the water is extremely calcareous (You can't even make tea with tap water, as you know, when you brew tea with tap water, the tea turns completely white).

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, Your product has a strong descaling effect and is beneficial for heavy lime deposits. But as you stated, in extremely hard water, it may not be enough alone. Regular use reduces lime formation, but it may not completely eliminate problems due to the structure of the water. For healthier results, we recommend that you use the product with a filter or anti-limescale device from time to time. We are happy to help with any questions.

Translated by Google

To install it, do I need to remove the part at the end of the faucet or is it attached directly to it?

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, you need to remove it.

Translated by Google

I wonder how many functions this flow has?

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, it is non-functional.

Translated by Google

I roughly measured myself, the inner diameter is 1.7cm and the outer diameter is 2cm. Do you think it will be suitable?

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, standard is generally compatible

Translated by Google

Is this standard

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, yes

Translated by Google

Hello, I bought my order from you, 2 of them just arrived, they did not fit my faucet, is there a larger tip for this one?

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, have you removed the aerator at the end of the tap?

Translated by Google

There are always water stains on the glasses. Does this prevent that after rinsing?

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, yes

Translated by Google

Hello, does it prevent chlorine?

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, the product helps to reduce the effects of chlorine on water, but it does not prevent it completely.

Translated by Google

Hello, I am thinking of buying it for single lime. Does it also filter the minerals in the water?

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, no, it is lime focused only.

Translated by Google

how long is the life span?

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, it depends on usage.

Translated by Google

Hello, in the comment, you say that we do not recommend this device for use such as food, tea or drinking water. If you cannot make tea or food after installing it, what is the feature of this? Where can we use it? How do we make tea and food?

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, The filter on our product only helps to reduce limescale and sediment, it does not provide drinking water standard purification. Therefore, we do not recommend using the filtered water for cooking, tea, or drinking. The product is designed to protect your appliances and faucets from limescale, especially in areas with hard water.

Translated by Google

Hello. Do you recommend it for chlorine as well?

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, no it is only anti-limescale.

Translated by Google

Hello, one of the buyers wrote that it was very good for his hair. Can this product also be attached to the shower hose? Could you please explain it? I want to buy it.

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, they probably call the bidet model faucet in your sink, so you can easily wash your hair in that faucet. If you are researching for a shower, we have filter shower heads.

Translated by Google

what are the filter dimensions

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, the dimensions are available in the ad image.

Translated by Google

When installed in the kitchen, running water can be drunk. I wonder if we normally drink water from the kitchen tap. Can we continue to drink it when we install this device?

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, Hello dear customer, our product has anti-scaling properties and its main purpose is to reduce the hardness of water. It is not a drinking water filter, so we do not recommend using it as a direct drinking water source. In daily kitchen use (washing, etc.) You can use it safely. We do not recommend it. Sir, the choice is yours. Have a nice day and pleasant shopping.

Translated by Google

Can we use the water we filter for food, tea etc.?

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, The filter of our product only helps to reduce scale and sediment, and does not purify to the standard of drinking water. Therefore, we do not recommend using the filtered water for food, tea or drinking.

Translated by Google

What is the average estimated usage time for those with high lime content?

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, 1 month

Translated by Google

I wonder if it's the one with 3 functions?

Answer from KUSTAR

Hello dear customer, it is the one without function.
