Mecdi el-hilali Translator: i̇shak doğan The lack of a correct understanding of islam and the absence of a good fiqh that belongs to the priorities are the main reasons that cause the existence of disputes among us. It seems possible to resolve these disputes by returning to the early periods of islam. In the practices of sahabe and predecessors' priority fiqh, there are remarkable situations that some of us would not even think of.

we are in need to follow their meth- ods and trace their lines at this delicate stage of islamic history.

In this work, as mentioned by reliable scholars, the priorities have been explained some rules of fiqh, the view of the koran and sunnah on this issue has been examined and examples have been given for the practical applications of the sahaba of rasulullah sallallahu aleyhi and sellem and those who have followed them beautifully until our day to this fiqh.
