Book description: "in all circumstances, the heart is as important as the mind that makes a person human..." ayşe bilge selçuk. what are the qualities that make a person human? What do we do why? How do the tendencies starting from infancy affect our development? Can the cycle brought on by negative lifestyles be broken? Can we really take care of ourselves? Psychology professor ayşe bilge selçuk describes the tremendous effort a person makes to "be human" despite all their weaknesses in "human in every circumstance".

it looks at scientific work, sometimes literature, cinema, from time to time.

This book, which describes staying connected without being dependent, being able to be one's own when living in society, growing beyond just growing up, not just surviving but living, and that it can be possible to find a way out of vicious cycles by leaning on both mind and heart, serves as a guide for anyone who aims to understand themselves and raise their child starting from themselves.
