1- 1. Before First Use • Lightly moisten the palm (latex) part of new gloves. This improves grip. • Make sure your hands are clean and dry before putting on the gloves. ⸻ 2. Before the Game/Training • When putting on the gloves, tighten the wrist bandage so that it grips firmly, but not so tightly that it restricts blood circulation. • Just before the game, spray a small amount of water onto the palm. Latex provides the best grip when slightly damp. ⸻ 3. During Use • When catching the ball, grasp it with your palm as much as possible; avoid catching it with your fingertips. • Be careful not to constantly drag the gloves on the ground; this causes the latex to wear out quickly. • When blocking shots, use your fist or the side of your hand if possible, not your palm. ⸻
