this specialized construction ensures that your weapon and gear are carried without sagging, providing comfort and support. Kore essentials offers a wide variety of durable, ratcheting buckles designed to be compatible with our gun belts. Buckles are manufactured from high-quality zinc alloy or solid stainless steel with electroplated gunmetal, brass, nickel, or black powder coating finishes (x3 buckles are nickel-free). The buckle mechanism features a spring-loaded system, designed and patented in korea.

this system is durable, reliable, and does not snag. All gun buckles feature two set screws (m4 x 7 mm in length) and a threaded system that securely fastens belts to the buckles.

this improved system is extremely secure. You can choose from our x-series gun buckles (1.5" wide) or our more robust garrison-style buckles (1.75" wide). The only difference between the buckle models is the style and width – the functionality is exactly the same.

(xl belts are compatible up to 54 inches. Important note: faux leather belts may bleed color in hot and humid conditions.

also, leather is a natural finish, so it can scuff and scratch. How to adjust the belt length? 1- a measuring ruler is printed on the back of the belt.

find your pant size on the ruler, then add 4 inches and cut- using a sharp, heavy-duty scissors.

2- for example, if your pants size is 32", cut the belt at 36" mark.

if your pants size is close to the maximum value- do not cut the belt.

proceed to step 3.

3- use the allen key provided with the product to loosen the screws on the back of the buckle.

4- place the cut or blunt end of the belt into the teeth of the buckle and squeeze it tightly.

if necessary, it is okay to use force (use the table top for leverage) the buckle will not break.

5-tighten the screws until they are flush with the buckle.

you will encounter resistance. 6- pass the belt around your waist (from left to right), through the buckle and the first belt loop.

pull the belt until it feels comfortable.

7- ideally, your belt end should extend 2-3 inches beyond the first belt loop.

if your belt is too long, remove the buckle and cut it down an inch at a time until it is the desired length.
