Kolektif Kitap Nostalji

Product description

"the extremely symbolic sign that odysseus is finally in his ""home"" is just a secret he shares with his wife, the rooted bed he carved with his own hands from the olive tree he built his house around."

sprouting and uprooting: this is nostalgia.

Member of the french academy, philosopher and linguist barbara cassin reflects on the mythological and political implications of rooting and unrooting, belonging and being out of place, disappearing in the global language and living in one's own language, with a subtle and masterful philosophical reasoning.

From the hero of homer's odyssey, the hero of vergilius' aeneas, from hannah arendt, who fled germany during the tragic years of the modern era, he questions where the traveler, the refugee, the refugee, in short, the human being will feel at home, where he will feel nostalgic. Instead of feeding the root, i prefer to feed a world with different 'similarities' that do not close themselves.

so when is one at home? When accepted with their close, language and languages. Product name: nostalgia product code: 9786052205051 author: barbara cassin publication year: 2018 cover type: cardboard cover page count: 112 paper type: 2. Dough turner: seçil kıvrak
