Answer from Kitchen Mania

Hello, before sending the boxwood spoons, we do the final sanding and oil them in the machine without touching them. If you don't put them in the machine, you don't need to wash them constantly by hand. Depending on the use, you can soak them in warm water with vinegar every 6 months, then dry them and oil them. You can oil them by hand, sir.

Translated by Google

Is it 100% boxwood, sir?

Hello, I am thinking of purchasing the product, but I have a few questions: What wood is the product made of exactly? Does it have a chemical coating like varnish or lacquer, or is it completely natural raw wood? Also, if you could advise if it will splinter during use I'd appreciate it. Thanks
